This is the second device I’ve bought from Hyper Mega Tech/Evercade, the first being the Taito Super Pocket, and I am extremely happy with it.The device has great build, good design and a nice selection of capcom games for an amazing price. The build quality of the handheld is great. It feels solid in the hand, has a nice weight and it’s the perfect size for on the go gaming. It’s comfortable to hold during games and the buttons are nice and responsive, the D pad is very responsive and has a good feel. The only drawback I’d say is the buttons on the reverse of the device. They are not the easiest to use, but it’s fortunate that only a couple of games, as far as I can tell make use of these. The display is nice and bright, with good bowing angles and colors. Its small size has not bothered me at all considering how close you hold the device anyhow. It would be nice to have the option to change the brightness levels. Sound is pretty decent for a mono speaker and is nice and loud; I’d actually say I’d like it if the volume could go a little lower for night time gaming etc. at least there is a headphone jack. The battery life so far has been superb and as per the 4 plus hours claim. Your mileage may vary depending on the games played etcThe game selection is superb considering the price point of the device and that all of them except mega man are arcade originals. Standouts for me include street fighter, final fight, strider, captain commando, ghouls and ghosts, and 1943. The only criticism is maybe some of the shoot ‘em up games are more suited to a taller screen… but there’s only a few of them and i really didn’t mind using the display options to stretch to full screen for these. It doesn’t look that bad and I think it makes them much more playable on this size of screen. The best thing regarding the games is that these are all fully licensed games… no downloading ROMs from dodgy websites and the developers get paid the money they deserve. It’s a win win.All in all it’s an awesome device for the price and I look forward to future releases of such devices from this company.

This is a well put together and curated list of solid capcom titles. Get are the Mame emulations and they are faultless. The unit itself is quality, good sound and screen. Honestly for £50 this is a decent little nostalgia hit that I throw in my work bag. Pulling out on a little break bit of street fighter. Waiting for the meeting quick few levels as guy on final fight.Honestly, it’s decent

Love the 3x shmup games (1944 etc.)Ability to have inbuilt games is handy as well as the Evercade cartridge slot.

Nice little console. Comes with a decent selection of Capcom arcade games. What’s not to like?D pad could be a bit better but for the money you can’t complain. Screen is nice size and clear. You can also buy Evercade carts for it to expand your game library. If you liked playing arcade games such as Street Fighter and Ghouls N Ghosts then you need to get this.

This Capcom edition has included some of my favourite arcade games ever. Street Fighter 2? Strider? Mercs? The collection is easily the best set out of the 3 bundles currently available.I mean for £50, it’s almost perfect. It would be perfect, if you could rotate the screen when playing the vertical shooters, as the screen is already quite small. But again, it’s £50! Even has a headphone socket, and you can save your place in each game too. Also worth mentioning, the battery last for ages! You can also buy additional cartridges for it, but I’m hoping they bring out more arcade compilation cartridges. I’m not really interested in the home console game cartridges.

What a steal for fifty quid!I’ve been playing these games for over thirty years and still play them they’re that good.. What am I talking about? I’m talking about the stellar coin-ops on this quaint little machine.. Strider, Ghouls n Ghosts, Final Fight and of course the arcade masterpiece.. Streetfighter 2 turbo.Such is the pedigree of these titles that if you like even one? offered in such a fantastic package for £50..? Need I say more…?Personally, I adore Strider.. I’ve been playing it for thirty years and it never, ever loses its charm.. I love it, I really do!Any of the games I’ve mentioned are absolutely brilliant and they’re are others on this little machine, cracking games… Brimming with a timeless playability that just don’t get in titles today.Buy this little handheld ‘jewel’ it’s well made to, the back buttons are a bit of a design afterthought but honestly I’m nit-picking really, at least it’s got some back buttons.Listen.. go buy it because its worth every penny!

The decision shouldn’t be whether you want a Super Pocket, it’s which one to go for. I initially bought the Taito one, but loved it so much I bought the Capcom unit too.If you prefer the fight / battle oriented games like Street Fighter II or Final Fight, this is the one for you.The Taito Super Pocket has a broader, bigger range of games, with Bubble Bobble and Puzzle Bobble being highlights. The Super Pocket is well-made, with a slick operating system, bright screen and more than a pocket full of fun. All for just £50!

The product i bought was faulty in that the battery does not take a charge so it can only be played when plugged into the mains. Disappointing as the games look and play well…

Fun game on a fun little system!
I was skeptical of the handheld, and even more so about this game. But it runs great, and while the screen is small, it delivers on graphics and playability. Color me converted!

    ¡La mejor experiencia retro!
Me gustó mucho la consola, tiene 12 de los juegos más icónicos de Capcom, me hubiera gustado que tuviera más pero con el slot de cartuchos gana bastante para poder jugar el Catalogo de Evercade
